Breakfast Oats
I love warm oatmeal in the morning. I eat the full cup and this helps me get well into lunch time before I get hungry again. You can easily make this for two portions if you are not a big breakfast eater. Sometimes I do this if I’m not too hungry in the morning.
I start with my plain oats and add one cup of water for one cup of oats. I microwave for 2 minutes. I then add all my toppings and mix ins.
