4 months to no waist

Yall I’ve been so consistent with my diet in 2025! I have had some occasional sweets but I’ve been cooking every single meal at home and have been trying to only eat Whole Foods.

The hardest part is saying no to people! I’ve been offered pastries and so many more things that do not fit into the lifestyle that I want and I can’t be afraid to offend people anymore because then I’ll never achieve my goals!

My goals are to eat healthy, limit sugar, have occasional fun, and be toned.
