My Strawberry Lemon Loaf That Tastes Like Spring

This strawberry lemon loaf is the perfect spring dessert soft, sweet, and full of bright citrus flavor that makes it feel light and refreshing. Using both strawberry and lemon gives it that perfect balance of fruity sweetness and a light tangy finish. It’s colorful, flavorful, and really gives full spring vibes in every bite 🍓🍋✨

Ingredients:

• 1 box strawberry cake mix

• 1 box lemon cake mix

• 3 eggs

• 1/2 cup oil

• 1 cup milk

• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

Glaze:

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

• Splash of milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan

2. In a bowl, mix both cake mixes, eggs, oil, milk, and lemon juice until smooth

3. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly

4. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until fully set in the center

5. Let cool completely before adding glaze

6. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over the loaf

My tip: don’t overmix and don’t overbake that’s how you keep that soft, moist texture. The mix of strawberry and lemon makes this super flavorful and perfect for spring 💛
