Pepper chicken

Ik we’re going through a time when we literally have to thanks for food stamps so this is a very easy meal and I can easily feed you and your family

Ingredients

Chicken breast

Peppers

Onions (if you have them)

Seasonings of your choice

Rice

Instructions

1. Season and cut your chicken breast and slice into strips

2. Slice your peppers strips, and your onions optional

3. In a pan With a little bit of oil or butter, sear, and cook your chicken on medium high heat

4. Once chicken is mostly cooked, put into a bowl, then put your peppers and onions into that same pan until soft

5. After is soft and fragrant, add back your chicken

Cut down heat to medium low heat

6. In a separate Little bowl add W sauce a bit of milk and a few tablespoons of flour (this will be what makes it thick) at this point you can stop and just serve it with rice just as a seared vegetables and chicken

7. Add the sauce into your pan with some water and a few extra seasonings to taste mix together and cover with the lid for a few minutes to let simmer until it gets thicker

8. After it’s thick and it is nicely coating your chicken heat up some rice just like some two minute or minute rice or make it at home
