In a bowl combine 1 1/3 cups of warm water, 2 tbsp of sugar & 1 years packet ; set aside for 10min-
In a separate large bowl add 3 cups of flour, 1 tbsp of salt- after the 10min combine your yeast and flour mix for two minutes and then add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Mix until dough starts forming and kneed on counter for 5 minutes, oil your bowl and place dough inside letting it rest for 1hour 30minutes. As your dough rest prep your toppings and sauce.
