Homemade Pizza for Mother’s Day 🍕💐 (Simple but SO good)

You want to treat Mom without doing the absolute most… this is it. Simple, flavorful, and honestly feels like a cozy little celebration at home.

For my #mothersdayrecipe , I made a homemade pizza using a ready-made crust (because we’re working smarter, not harder).

What I used:

• Trader Joe’s pizza crust

• Fresh mozzarella

• Pizza sauce

• Turkey pepperoni

• Sun-dried tomatoes

• Fresh sweet peppers

• Olive oil

• Homemade pizza seasoning (Italian flakes, oregano, fennel, red pepper flakes)

How I made it:

• Preheat oven to 425°F

• Brush crust lightly with olive oil

• Add pizza sauce, then layer everything (don’t be shy with the toppings)

• Sprinkle seasoning all over

• Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted + bubbly

Taste/Review:

The fresh mozzarella + sun-dried tomatoes really carried this. The crust had that perfect crisp on the outside but still soft inside. And the seasoning blend? Yeah… I did what needed to be done.

How I enjoyed it:

Fresh out the oven, sliced up, and honestly this would be perfect with a movie night or a chill Mother’s Day evening at home. No stress, just good food.
