1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw if frozen)

Streusel Topping:

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp cold butter, cubed

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.

Make the Cake Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (be careful not to overmix).

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Prepare the Streusel Topping:

In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter with a fork or pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Assemble and Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the batter.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
