貝出汁を使った沖縄そばは沖縄県浦添市の「キセキ」で味わえる、ちょっと特別な一杯です。ここのスープは、クリーミーな豚骨白湯と貝の旨味が絶妙に合わさり、深くてまろやかな味わいが特徴。沖縄そばで使う麺も一般的な茹で麺ではなく、生麺を採用していることで、ツルツルもちもちの食感と小麦の風味がしっかり楽しめます。 具材もこだわりがあり、揚げ牛蒡のサクサクとしたアクセントとコリコリした肉厚黒きくらげがスープとよく合います。薬味には長ネギや赤玉ねぎ、小ネギが使われており、食べ進めても飽きません。お肉は沖縄そばの定番である三枚肉と軟骨ソーキを甘めの醤油ベースのタレでじっくりと煮込み、ほろほろとした食感に仕上がっています。 浦添市までは観光やお出かけの際にぜひ立ち寄りたいスポットです。営業時間は昼と夜の2部制で、火曜が定休日。駐車場も完備されているので車でのアクセスも便利。セットの黒糖プリンとアサリご飯の組み合わせもぜひ試して欲しいですね。 私も初めて訪れた時は、貝出汁の深い味わいと生麺の食感に感動しました。沖縄そば好きはもちろん、新しい味の沖縄そばを探している人にもぴったりです。浦添市の「キセキ」で、ここでしか味わえない貝出汁沖縄そばの魅力をぜひ体験してみてください。
