Down 15lbs in a month!!

I’ve counted calories to lose weight before but I always ended up slipping after a while because I was frickin hungry!

This time I’m doing things differently and choosing low calorie high density foods that keep me feeling satisfied all day.

Now instead of coming in just barely under my calories for day (or even going over consistently) I come in well under my calories almost every day, leaving room for a cheat meal or two on the weekend.
