here are some tips to stay longer on the stairmaster!! I currently do about 40-45 minutes on level 5-8 and these tips are life changing! -warmup at a lower level: start at level 3-5 for a nice warmup and increase it after 5 minutes -increase in intervals: raise your levels to 6-8 for 5 minut
