Egg Bites

7 eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

bacon bits

chopped chives

Dill weed

thyme

salt

pepper

cheddar cheese

mix together pour into muffin cups bake at 325 for about 25 to 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

As you see only measured number of eggs and the cottage cheese lol. Everything else was by the heart.

This is a first time ever for me not only making these, but even posting on here. Trying to step out of my comfort zone. Next time will try doing them in my instan pot , with actual turkey bacon lol. Will post that when I do. 🙂
