[Materials]

・ 140g unsalted butter

110g granulated sugar

・ 1 egg

· Cake flour 210g

· Baking powder 7g

* Cocoa dough

・ 45g pure cocoa

(In the video, I made two types of dough, cocoa dough and plain dough, so I made 23g of pure cocoa)

* Ganache

・ Chocolate 100g

・ 30g milk (60g for fresh cream)

~ How to make ~

① Melt the butter, add the granulated sugar and mix well with a whipper.

Add the eggs and mix.

③ Add cake flour and baking powder and mix with a rubber spatula.

Add the pure cocoa and mix.

⑤ Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

⑥ Make the ganache in the meantime.

⑦ Roll the dough into 30g.

8 Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 14 minutes.

While the dough is warm, make a dent in the middle and squeeze the ganache to complete!
