Stomach tips that worked for me.
📋Last Wednesday I had brought a few new shirts but really didn't like they were fitting. It seems like I drop fat from every other well, but my stomach and love handles were moving a bit slower.
📕Not that kind, but it was puzzling me why I wasn't seeing more improvement.
💪🏾I get a decent amount of protein. Get the majority or all my vitamins and minerals. Get consistent sleep. Deal with my stress. I work somewhat of a physical job, and I do workout.
🤳🏾So I searched around and found a video by a doctor whose videos have helped me in the past. You should watch his video. His does a good job at explaining things.
💪🏾Started doing standing and lying reserve crunches, side plank dips, and back crunches, along with the core/AB workout I do around the house.
😮The next morning I noticed a little difference. So I decided to look into one more video about chest and arm fat. Ladies, I gained a whole new respect for Pilates. I honestly view it as only something for women but no longer lol.
😩My arms, shoulders, and chest burn so bad. Fast forward to Thursday. Those same shirts that I was struggling to wear, now I feel so much better. The difference is crazy to me. I wish I had taken some photos of it.
🥑🥦Am I saying that if you do only that, then you will lose your stomach? No, but I do believe they can give you a boost. You can easily do those workouts between commercials, gaming loading up, cooking, showering, etc.
📌 Learn about your body a bit more. Over the last several months, I have learned about muscles I didn't even know I had lol. If you gain a better understanding of how things work then you figure out how to best apply it to your way of life.
⚫⚫ Also not saying if you just do this then u will lose your stomach and love handles. This more of me saying don't neglect working it like I did.

Losing stubborn belly fat can be frustrating, but incorporating specific workouts into your routine can yield significant results. Focus on exercises that target the core, such as reverse crunches and side plank dips, which not only enhance abdominal strength but also improve overall stability. Many people overlook the importance of combining these workouts with adequate nutrition and hydration. Ensure you're consuming a balanced diet rich in proteins, fruits, and vegetables—or consider consulting a nutritionist for tailored advice. Besides traditional workouts, incorporating activities such as Pilates into your routine can also be beneficial; this approach develops core strength while enhancing flexibility. Many individuals find that short, manageable workout sessions, even between daily activities like cooking or during commercial breaks, can lead to maintaining consistency without feeling overwhelmed. Understanding your body and its unique responses to different exercises is crucial. Online resources like instructional videos can provide insight and motivation, offering guidance on proper form and technique. Remember, the journey to reducing stomach fat requires time and patience, so focus not only on physical changes but also on learning more about your body's capabilities.
