Donut Bread Pudding 🍩

BREAD PUDDING

3 eggs

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup milk

1 1/4 cup heavy cream

dash of nutmeg

teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dozen day old glazed donuts

GANACHE

3/4 cup heavy cream (hot)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine first 7 ingredients and whisk. Add in cut up donuts and mix. Transfer to a greased 9×13. Let it sit and soak for 20 min. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

For the ganache, pour hot heavy cream (not boiling) over chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes and then whisk. poor ganache over your bread pudding when it comes out of the oven. Let cool for 10-15 min and enjoy! #donuts #breadpudding #Recipe #breakfastideas #fyp
