Eating real, whole foods rather than processed items helped me feel more nourished and sustained, supporting both my physical and mental health. Prioritizing sleep became an essential focus; getting restful nights allowed my body to recharge and recover, reducing stress and anxiety. Managing stress through journaling and reflection became a powerful tool for me. Taking those quiet moments to clear my mind and set intentions helped me stay grounded and mindful of my progress. I also found that spending some time outdoors in natural sunlight boosted my vitamin D levels and overall happiness. Adding vitamins strategically filled in nutritional gaps, supporting my immune system and energy. These habits, though simple, have become the foundation of my wellness routine.
