30-minute Dinner Rolls!! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

DIRECTIONS

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine 1+1/4 Cup warm water, 1/3 cup oil, 2 TBS instant yeast, and 1/4 cup sugar. yes, tablespoons. that's how they rise so fast.

2. Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.

3. Add 2 cups of four, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg into the mixing bowl, and mix using the dough hook.

4. Gradually add the remaining 1+1/2 cup of flour.

5. Let the mixer knead it together.

6. Shape into 12 balls (usually about 70g ea) and place into a 9x13 pan.

7. Let the dough rest & preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 10 min.

8. Remove from oven. Brush tops with butter. <-Don't forget this step!
