Lift recording. Week 3.
No symptoms, but less hungry. Eat less as usual. There is only a craving that we want to try there. But have to choose to eat because of limited eating.
Exercise every day. If one day walks a lot, it doesn't leave.
We designed HIIT at home and swam in the gym at the condo.
The end of the week is 64.5. 😢
Not much. Start hitting the plateau, but haven't added a dose. Now start needle 4.
At the beginning of the new $, we extended the time. Not embroidered before the time because of fear of puking.
Eating a lot of sweet things is delicious, but the thing that comes to notice is that we eat a famous brand of plant protein instead of food and feel better. Did you find the protein on the label because it was delicious and not like the plant protein we ate on the other brand?
