Crispy Teriyaki Chicken

Sometimes, I really REALLY want take away. But as my mom always said, we have food at home! So, I decided to bring the take away home with this recipe! This recipe is less than 10 ingredients, and will have you thinking you are eating your favorite take away.

What you need to get from the store:

-flour

-eggs

-corn starch

-chicken breast tenderloins

-vegetable oil

-teriyaki sauce

-salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper

How you cook it:

1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

2. Prepare the flour mix for your chicken. Add 1 cup flower, 2 tablespoons of corn starch, and your onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir to combine.

3. Add the chicken to the flour mix. Crack in 2 eggs and stir until each chicken bite is completely covered.

4. Get frying! Heat up the oil on high heat. Toss in the chicken bites. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side (or until crispy and browned).

5. In a separate pot, add your sauce. Toss the chicken in the sauce until completely covered.

6. Serve and eat!

I served mine up with some fried rice and broccoli. You could sub out teriyaki with any sauce you like (orange chicken sauce is also bomb 💣). I hope you love it ❤️!
