My boyfriend told me I had no 🍑. I was annoyed... and then I realized he wasn't totally wrong. Sitting all day had left me flat, and my jeans never fit right in the back.

So I made one petty little rule: no phone until I finished 100 squats on my bedroom floor. Every single day.

Week 1 my legs were on fire. By week 2 my jeans were fitting different. By week 4 it was actually round and firm, and my legs were stronger than they'd been in years.
