If anybody knows I been on my weight lost journey for awhile in I lost lot of weight during that process that even when I started posting on here to show my process during the time. But I for the past 3 months life has not been for me I have been dealing with so much for these past few months & even though I been working out I have not been caring for myself as much as I used to…yesterday even though I gained the weight I finally learned how to love myself with the weight back I am back on the process of losing weight agin I am happy that this time I can finally say I love myself during this weight loss journey 💕 #weightlosssurgeryjourney #Lemon8
