If I could stand on a hill all day long and preach about why diet DO NOT work I promise I would. THAT IS A TEMPORARY CHANGE THAT YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO CONTINUE ONCE YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR GOAL. That’s why you will see people who say that they have lost a large amount of weight but gained it back, or even people who have lost weight multiple times and keep gaining it back. The key is to make a lifestyle changes that you can implement into your daily routine without such dramatic shifts.
There’s literally so much misinformation out here about different ways to lose weight. Everybody wants to lose weight and they want to do it QUICKLY! Don’t be fooled by the madness focus on small changes that you can commit to on a daily basis.

Way to go 🔥🔥!!!! You are so right, it’s definitely a lifestyle change! I’ve also found that changing my diet to both a mix of healthy options & dishes I love has helped me drop weight. I never tell myself a food is off limits because that’s when I’ll want to binge eat it. It’s about finding your happy medium.
