This practice signals to my body that the day has officially started, helping to regulate my circadian rhythm and boost alertness naturally. It's a fantastic way to kickstart a healthy lifestyle routine without feeling like a chore. When it comes to planning my daily routine, I've learned that it's more than just writing down tasks. I now use a method called 'time blocking' for my most important activities. Instead of just a list, I allocate specific time slots in my calendar for deep work, exercise, and even breaks.
