4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in a cast iron skillet.

Oven-baked chicken thighs are a favorite for many home cooks due to their simplicity and delicious flavors. To make the most out of your chicken thighs, it’s important to choose quality ingredients. Skin-on, bone-in thighs provide the best flavor and moisture, ensuring that the final dish is both scrumptious and satisfying. The seasoning blend, including ingredients like Knorr’s chicken flavoring and herbs such as oregano, thyme, and parsley, adds layers of rich flavors that penetrate the meat during cooking. For those who want a crispy skin, broiling on high for just a few minutes at the end of cooking can make a huge difference. Pair your chicken thighs with sides that complement their rich taste. Roasted vegetables, seasoned rice, or a fresh salad with a light vinaigrette can balance the meal beautifully. Don't forget about marinades! Prior to baking, marinating your chicken in a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, and herbs can further enhance the flavor profile and tenderize the meat. If you're looking for meal prep options, these chicken thighs can be cooked in batches and stored in the refrigerator for quick meals during the week. They also freeze well, allowing you to enjoy a homemade dinner anytime.
