Sweet Potato Fries My Gut Loves
I’ve been trying to add more fiber to my meals, and sweet potato fries have become one of my favorite swaps. Sweet potatoes are naturally rich in fiber, which helps support digestion and feeds beneficial gut bacteria.
These fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and so easy to make.
Ingredients
* 2 sweet potatoes
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* Seasoning of choice
Directions
1. Wash and slice sweet potatoes into fries. (Soak for 30 minutes) Pat dry completely.
2. Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
3. Oven at 425 °F for 25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. Serve immediately.
