Eating for My Gut Health, One Meal at a Time
I’ve been trying to make simple meals that nourish my body and support my gut health. This plate was an easy win:

Salmon is packed with healthy omega-3 fats, while sweet potatoes provide fiber that helps support a healthy gut. It’s a balanced meal that’s filling, flavorful, and easy to make on busy days.
I’m learning that gut health doesn’t have to mean complicated recipes or expensive ingredients.
