Eating for My Gut Health, One Meal at a Time

I’ve been trying to make simple meals that nourish my body and support my gut health. This plate was an easy win:

✨ Air-fried salmon

✨ Fresh-cut sweet potato fries (oven)

Salmon is packed with healthy omega-3 fats, while sweet potatoes provide fiber that helps support a healthy gut. It’s a balanced meal that’s filling, flavorful, and easy to make on busy days.

I’m learning that gut health doesn’t have to mean complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. Sometimes it’s just about choosing whole foods more often and building meals you’ll actually enjoy eating.
