What I eat in a day ~ Nutrition Major ~

Figured I would do another WIEIAD because they’re so fun. I have before and after photos posted on my page, but i’ve also lost around 10 pounds more since I took my last progress photo🤎

Here’s what I ate yesterday:

Supplements:

•Iron because i’m deficient🙏🏻

•Cranberry for urinary tract health

•Fish oil for liver health and inflammation (fatty acids)

•Probiotic for gut health

Breakfast🍓:

Protein banana pancakes with strawberries, cool whip, and 1 teaspoon of actual maple syrup. I’ve been trying to stop using “sugar free” items because artificial sweeteners can be so harmful to your body.

Lunch🌿:

Tuna that I mixed with a tablespoon of mayo and some celery, Triscuits, and strawberries/green grapes. I also had my piña colada collagen drink with orange pineapple.

Dinner🌮:

Chicken tacos w/ mission carb wraps. They had cilantro rice, salsa, chicken(duh), and some pico de gallo.
