Ingredients for 6 people (15 cm round)
350 g cream cheese
100 g granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
200 ml of fresh cream (45% used)
1 tablespoon tablespoon of cornstarch
1 / 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Bring the cream cheese, cream, egg and yolk to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
â Put cream cheese in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until smooth. Add granulated sugar and mix further.
â¡ Mix the egg and yolk. Add to â 3 or 4 times, and mix with a whisk each time.
Add the cream and lemon juice and mix.
⣠Add the shaken cornstarch and mix, then strain the dough.
†Wet the cooking sheet with water, squeeze it tightly and spread it on the mold.
⥠Pour the dough and bake in a 250 degree oven for 24 minutes.
Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
