Using a calorie tracking app like NutriPlan made a big difference because it allowed me to monitor my intake and ensure a calorie deficit. For example, meals like steak with egg, potatoes, and greens provided a healthy balance of macros and energy with a 60/100 health score. These meals offered around 30g carbs and 50g protein, which kept me satisfied and fueled throughout the day. Sleeping well was a challenge early on, but once I settled into my routine, my sleep quality improved alongside my weight loss. Importantly, I tried to avoid quick fixes or supplements; simple lifestyle changes and patience worked best for me. If you are starting your own weight loss journey, remember it's about gradual progress, finding a sustainable routine, and being kind to yourself. Tracking your meals, staying active, and focusing on nutritious foods can help you achieve your goals naturally, just like I did.
