On days when there's cabbage left in the fridge, I just want to make this 🥰
Because it does not use flour, it can be eaten more lightly than expected, and I am happy that I can eat vegetables well.
"I ate a lot of cabbage today!" This is our standard menu 🌿
④ Fermentation mini knowledge
Enzymes contained in shio-koji break down the proteins and sugars of ingredients, bringing out the umami and sweetness ✨
Cabbage becomes soft just by putting a little time, it will be easier to eat ♪
⑤ Intestinal bacteria mini knowledge
Dietary fiber contained in cabbage is one of the components that feed intestinal bacteria 🥬
Furthermore, by combining fermented foods such as shio-koji and natto, you can support the creation of an environment where intestinal bacteria work easily from meals ✨
Continuing with a daily meal is the first step in intestinal activity 😊
