What helped me most was combining gentle exfoliation with deep moisturizing every day. First, using a mild scrub twice a week helped me remove dead skin cells that made my legs look dull and rough. I preferred scrubs with natural ingredients like sugar and essential oils, which left my skin feeling refreshed but not irritated. Next, I applied a rich body lotion immediately after showering, while my skin was still slightly damp. This step was crucial because it locked in moisture better than applying lotion on dry skin. I found formulas with shea butter and vitamin E particularly effective. Additionally, I incorporated a weekly treatment using a homemade mask made from honey and yogurt. Honey has natural antibacterial and moisturizing properties, while yogurt gently exfoliates with lactic acid. Applying this mask helped soothe and brighten my skin. Alongside this routine, staying hydrated and eating foods rich in vitamins C and E contributed to healthier skin from the inside out. In just seven days, I noticed my legs became smoother, softer, and had a natural glow. This experience taught me that consistent care and using gentle, natural products can truly transform your skin.
