Letting the dough rise under a warm damp cloth allows it to double in size, giving your bread that light texture. After rising, don't forget to punch down the dough to release any large air bubbles that may have formed. For even baking, split the dough in half and shape it to fit your baking pans. Baking at 350°F for about 34 minutes should yield a beautifully golden loaf. For that extra touch, wipe the loaf with butter as soon as it comes out of the oven, adding flavor and a nice shine.
