30 min - Ground Chicken Rice Bowls

This recipe is made for 2 people , double if you need more ! 🥰

FIRST: add 1 tbs oil to a pan on medium heat and sautee your veggies and garlic until fragrant you can also do bell peppers but these are what I had on hand .

•1 c bean sprouts

•1/2 c shredded carrots

•1/3 c chopped green onions

•3 tbs garlic

After they are sauteed set them aside on a plate and begin cooking your chicken.

YOU ONLY NEED ONE PAN to do this all so it makes clean up super easy so add your chicken straight to the pan.

NOW : cook your chicken until it looks white this will take about 10mins or so. (I used 1lb of ground chicken ) add your seasonings . It may sound like a little but the sauce is where the flavor is at !

•2 tsp salt

•2 tsp black pepper

NOTE: while this is cooking mix up your sauce

SAUCE :

•1/2 c Kung Pao (P.F Changs ) sauce

•1/4 c soy sauce

•3 tbs brown sugar

•3 tbs honey

•2 tbs garlic

•1 tsp ginger powder

THEN : once your chicken is cooked add your sautee veggies back in & cook for 2 mins . After you will add your sauce !

You can serve this on a bed of white rice or in lettuce wraps ! ENJOY! 🥰🥰
