【 Bacon and lotus root galette curry flavor 】

~ Ingredients (for about 3 people) ~

Lotus root about 250g

○ 1 piece of bacon (cut into strips) 2 pieces for half size

○ Seasoned curry powder 2 tsp

○ potato starch tablespoon 2

A Grab of Cheese

oil (for baking) tablespoon 1

~ How to make ~

① Slice the lotus root with a slicer on a frying pan before lighting the fire

② Add ○ to ①, mix well, flatten and shape, then add oil from the surface of the pot and bake over medium heat

③ Bake until both sides are crispy and complete

☝️ Points

・ Lotus roots do not need to be exposed to water

・ I used S & B's seasoned curry powder for cooking, but if you use pure curry powder, it would be better to add 1 teaspoon of consomme and a little salt and pepper
