🍒Iced Cherry Galette Latte with a “Toasted Pastry” Cold Foam🍒
This is for a 24oz cup. Adjust to your liking.
Latte base:
Double shot espresso
8oz  milk of choice (Almond or Whole work best)
4 pumps cherry syrup
2 pumps shortbread syrup
1 pump almond syrup or 1/4 tsp almond extract
“Toasted Pastry” Cold Foam
2oz heavy cream
2 pumps shortbread syrup
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
✨ Brew your espresso with the cherry syrup, shortbread syrup and almond syrup/extract
✨ Fill your cup with ice
✨ Add your milk and top with the espresso mixture
✨ Froth your cold foam ingredients to your desired consistency, then pour over the top of your latte
✨ Garnish with crushed almonds and a maraschino cherry
