What to do with bloating?

I have a solution. I used to have flatulence, and it was very serious. The feeling of bloating was about to explode, which was very uncomfortable. Obviously, I was very hungry, but I felt bloated after two bites. Obviously, I felt very hungry, but I didn't dare to eat anything. My stomach still hurts a lot.

Although I don't have bloating now, I feel very uncomfortable when I think of that painful experience, so I want to share my way to help everyone.

First of all, the first point is that you should not wear too tight clothes, which is not conducive to intestinal peristalsis. If you can't eat anything, you will feel bound and uncomfortable. Just wear loose clothes and wear tight ones when we get better.

Second, exercise, moving can help digestion, jump up and down, skipping rope. Rub your abdomen when you have nothing to do. Just move if you have nothing to do. Don't lie or sit there all the time.

Third, don't drink anything when you eat. When I was bloated before, I had a habit of eating, drinking water and drinking. If I didn't drink, I couldn't eat. Later, after I realized that this was a bad habit, I slowly quit. Indeed, the bloating was much better.
