No Bake Crab Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 2 green onions, thinly sliced (reserve 2 Tbsp for garnish)

• 6 oz lump crabmeat, drained

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ¼ cup roasted red pepper, finely chopped

• 1 Tbsp ground mustard

• black pepper

• Old Bay

• garlic powder

• smoked paprika

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, green onions (except the reserved garnish), crabmeat, parmesan cheese, ground mustard, roasted red peppers and seasonings.

2. Transfer to a small serving dish and sprinkle the reserved green onions on top along with smoked paprika or Old Bay.

Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 2 green onions, thinly sliced (reserve 2 Tbsp for garnish)

• 6 oz lump crabmeat, drained

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ¼ cup roasted red pepper, finely chopped

• 1 Tosp ground mustard

Optional

• A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

3. Fold in parmesan cheese, ground mustard, roasted red pepper, and green onions (except the reserved garnish.)

4. Genty told in the crabmeat keeping the chunks intact. Season with black pepper, Old Bay, garlic powder and smoked paprika.

5. Transfer to a small baking dish and sprinkle the reserved green onions on top.

6. Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on the edges
