Lunch Post | Thai Chicken Salad | Meal Prep

What salads had you in a chokehold this summer? For me, it was this Thai chicken salad. It's a great meal prep that also contains ingredients for another dish as well. I used the same toppings to make Peanut Noodles for dinner.

Here are the ingredients for the salad. The total cost was $7 ( I shop at farmers market ) & also curate recipes from what's already in my pantry, freezer and fridge.
