What’s for dinner? Low Carb Crustless Pizza
Being low carb doesn’t mean you can’t have pizza. It’s easy to make.
Place some mozzarella in the bottom of a cast iron skillet.
Then layer with your fav low carb pizza sauce.
Next layer with your fav pizza toppings. I love turkey pepperoni, onion, ground beef, mushrooms and black olives.
Top with more mozzarella.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let cool a bit before serving.
