How about this Baked Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Chips 🥒🧀

Crunchy, cheesy, and absolutely addictive! These Baked Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Chips are a healthy snack that'll satisfy your cravings. Perfect for dipping or munching on their own! 😍🍽️

🛒 Ingredients 🛒

2 medium zucchinis

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works great)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 eggs, beaten

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

👩‍🍳 Instructions 👩‍🍳

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice zucchinis into thin rounds.

Prepare Coating: In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
