1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

1 tsp sea salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

addins: granola, mixed nuts, seeds, dark chocolate chips, medjool dates, cranberries

*if the mixture isn’t sticky enough to hold together, add a little splash of water and another tbsp of honey or peanut butter (if you want to lower cals, you can use partial PBfit and nut butter. to make higher in protein, add in a scoop or two of protein powder)
