Salmon
It’s just air fryer salmon with spices the special thing about it was I used 3 tablespoons of garlic olive oil and I used some lemon juice and salt and pepper for a beautiful sauce no cook nothing. The rice was simply nature (?) from Aldi it was quinoa and brown rice. I did some no additives and preservatives for green beans. It was just cooking for me. I have been doing pretty good with it. (Sticking to a diet). We are trying to use the carbs we have so tonight’s meal is still balanced but swap out the side for something else. I’ll post it. I put a bbq rub on the salmon and some natures promise which is what makes my food taste so good. People always say they miss my cooking so I post recipes so they can make it themselves. It started out as a project because my exes kept saying they missed my food because were friends and so I did it for them but also it’s hard keeping track of recipes so this was also for me. #dinnerideas #healthymeals #foryoupage
When I started cooking salmon in the air fryer, I was looking for a fast and tasty way to enjoy this nutritious fish without sacrificing flavor. Using garlic olive oil and a splash of fresh lemon juice as a no-cook sauce really elevates the salmon’s natural taste. I also appreciate how the air fryer crisps the outside while keeping the inside tender and juicy. Choosing sides like quinoa and brown rice adds fiber and complex carbohydrates, making the meal wholesome and satisfying. Aldi’s pre-mixed quinoa and brown rice blend is especially convenient, saving time while ensuring a healthy base. For vegetables, I prefer green beans without preservatives or additives to keep the meal clean and fresh. What I find most rewarding is customizing seasonings. I love using a BBQ rub combined with quality ingredients like Nature’s Promise to boost flavor without extra calories. It’s a method that has helped me stick to my diet and maintain balance while still enjoying meals that feel indulgent. If you want to make this recipe your own, experiment with different rubs or add herbs like dill or parsley for a fresh touch. Life can get busy, but meals like these prove quick cooking can be nourishing and delicious. Sharing this recipe has also been a way for me to connect with friends who miss my cooking—food truly brings people together. Overall, air fryer salmon with garlic olive oil and lemon sauce is a practical and tasty dish that fits well into a healthy lifestyle. I encourage trying it out for an easy dinner solution that doesn’t compromise on flavor or nutrition.
