Progress pictures at 2 years

Sometimes I wish I had taken more photos along the way to really capture my journey. I’m down 40 pounds since the first picture, and I couldn’t be more proud. Progress has been slow, but it’s still progress — and that’s what matters most.

Ps. My eyes looked a little crazy, so I had to throw on the heart glasses sticker lol

Progress pictures serve as a visual reminder of how far you’ve come, motivating you to keep pushing forward. Many individuals find that sharing their journey creates a supportive community, driving accountability and encouragement. Along with the physical transformation, emotional growth is just as important; it’s about cultivating a healthy relationship with your body and food. As you reflect on your own journey, consider taking regular photos that capture not only your physical change but emotional milestones as well. Remember, it’s not about perfection but about progress. Every pound lost matters in the grand scheme, and celebrating small victories will help maintain motivation over time. Cheers to keeping track and inspiring others along the way!
