The Lazy Girl’s High-Protein Cookie Dough🍪

• 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed

• 1/4 cup almond butter

• 1/4 cup maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4
