Not my whole haul — just a few easy staples I know I’ll actually reach for when life gets busy and I’m tempted to DoorDash my goals away 🤣
Here’s what I’m starting with:
🥦 Fire roasted veggies (easy & delicious )
🍗 Chicken skewers (protein made easy)
🥚 Eggs (non-negotiable)
🍏 Cosmic Crisp apples (Finn approves 😂)
🥓 Grass-fed beef sticks (snack hero)
🍫 Yasso fudge bars (because I love sweet treats)
I haven’t started yet — but I’m ready to feel good and keep it realistic. Can’t wait to share how it goes!
