Low Carb, High Protein Sausage Balls

Recipe for the sausage balls:

- 1lb ground pork sausage (I used Jimmy Dean)

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

- 3 oz cream cheese (room temp)

- 1 cup crushed pork rinds (I used Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey flavor)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and combine well. Using a small ice cream scooper or your hands, scoop out 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let them cool before serving.
