Sausage Egg and Cheese Rolls ✨

Savory Cinnamon Rolls ✨

Dough

1 cup warmed milk

1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry or instant yeast.

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

2 large eggs

1 Tsp. Salt

4 cups all-purpose flour

1. Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Whisk and let it sit for 5 minutes until it’s foamy on top.

2. Add the eggs, salt, melted butter, and about 2 cups of the flour to the yeast mixture.

3. Use the dough hook to combine and then add the remaining flour gradually and knead on low-medium speed for 5-10 minutes until the dough is smooth, elastic, and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

4. Put the dough in a greased bowl and turn it to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour.

5. Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out into a rectangle and spread softened butter onto the dough.

6. Add your cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder and oregano on the mixture.

7. Roll the dough tightly and cut about 12-14 slices,depending on thickness and place in a greased baking pan.

Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake them on 350* for about 25 min.

Cover the top with sausage gravy !

Cook 1 lb sausage do not drain, add 2 tablespoons butter and cook for a min. Add 1/4 cup flour and mix for 2 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups milk and stire until desired thickness.
