What NOT to do if you want to LOSE WEIGHT⚖️

Here are a few very important things to know that can help aid in your weightloss and why!🤍

🛒Going to the grocery store without a plan: If you plan what meals you'll be having for the week, it can be quite easy to go to the store and just get everything you need without overspending on end up missing essential items to make your meals as satiating as possible. Without having delicious meals, it can be quite hard to stick to your deficit! Pro tip: don't go when you're hungry either, you'll be more prone to making bad decisions haha!

🥡Finishing everything on your plate: Being in tune with your body can be one of the hardest things, but learn to know when your body tells you you're getting full and stop there. You can always have the food later (and you save money on your next meal). Doing this makes weightloss come very natural!

🔥Burning as many calories as you can: Wether you like it or not, diet is 80% of your results. It does not matter how much your workout, you cannot outwork a bad diet. From my personal experience, working out too harshly can cause even worse cravings and more hunger, which will make it a lot harder to stick to the meal plan!

💯Cutting out foods: Let's think about cutting down instead of cutting out completely. Having your mind wander and imagine how good a food would taste right now will drive your mind insane and eventually you'll not care for a second and do a lot more damage than you think! Having a little bit and learning when to stop is key, it gets easier, I promise!
