🧄 Ingredients
Chicken
• 2 large chicken breasts
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
Pasta
• 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
• Salt for boiling water
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
• 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• Red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste
🌿Garnish (optional)
• Fresh parsley
• Extra Parmesan
🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook the chicken
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove, rest, then slice.
3. Make the sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer until thick and creamy.
4. Combine
Add pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
5. Serve
Plate pasta and top with sliced chicken.
Finish with parsley and extra Parmesan ✨
