Tofu in Garlic Scapes

Ingredients :

* Fried Tofu - 500 grams Cubes

* Garlic Cloves - 3 sliced

* Garlic Scapes - 150 grams

* Chili Paste - 1 Tbsp

* Oyster Sauce - 2 Tbsp

* Cornstarch Slurry - 2 Tbsp

* Ginger - 1 inch sliced

* Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp

* Red Chili - 2 Whole chopped

* Scallion - 2 whole sliced

* Oil - 2-3 Tbsp

* Salt - tiny pinch(optional)

* Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp

* Msg - 1/2 Tsp

Instruction :

1. In a wok add oil heat oil, on high or medium high heat add ginger garlic and cook until aromatic.

2. Now add the fried tofu , add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch slurry mix well and let it cook for one min.

3. Add the garlic scapes, salt, pepper, msg, chili paste, scallions mix well and cook for one min and then turn the heat off.

Good with Garlic Fried Rice or just plain rice.
