This is the I’m From Rice Toner. I finished a mini of this toner. It’s ok. It’s a milky toner, but it’s a very thin, watery consistency. But my skin drank it up immediately. It works great underneath makeup, and it didn’t break me out at all. But there is nothing extraordinary about this. It’s a good toner, it’s not great, and it’s by no means my favorite. The full size is $28, and does come in a nice glass bottle. But that is pricy for a toner that really doesn’t do much. It’s not a bad product, it just doesn’t stand out to me.
Having used the I’m From Rice Toner myself, I can relate to the experience of it being a lightweight, milky toner with a watery consistency. Overall, this toner might serve well as a simple, hydrating step in skincare for those who prefer milky toners that quickly absorb. However, if you’re looking for a toner with multiple skin benefits or a transformational product, this one might not meet those expectations. It’s essential to balance the cost against the product benefits before committing to a full-sized bottle.
